Each dog has a private spacious suite with a plasma tv and in room web cam (Urban Suites only).
You may bring in some of your pets favourite blankets, toys or chews to personalise their space and help them to settle in quicker.
Unlike traditional boarding kennels, the canine guests at Urban Tails are out of their suites in a play group during the day so that when they return to their room they are tired, happy & relaxed!
3 indoor all weather, air conditioned play areas & a shaded garden with 2 in ground pools provide plenty of space for your pet to exercise. Fun interactions, play and socialising with new friends are what a holiday at Urban Tails is all about!
The Pet Carers are always on hand to watch over the guests at play or in their suites. Even when we are at full capacity, all team members will know each and every pet's name along with their individual requirements.
Dog Suite Rates
Like any hotel or resort, we have a variety of suites for you to choose from. The Deluxe Suite has a connecting room option for multi pet families! We offer a 25% discount for the second and third pet sharing a suite.
Junior Suite small dogs only 140Dhs Off Peak/ 160Dhs Peak Period*
Deluxe Suite medium to large dogs 160Dhs Off Peak/ 180Dhs Peak Period*
Urban Suite all dogs with room cam 180Dhs Off Peak/ 200Dhs Peak Period*
Royal Suite the largest suite in the resort 230Dhs Off Peak/ 250Dhs Peak Period*

*A peak period surcharge applies to each suite booked during the peak boarding periods (ie Summer months, Christmas, Easter and Eid holidays). The surcharge is 20Dhs per suite per night. Please contact us for the exact dates.

Every dog that stays with us for 4 nights or more gets a complimentary spa treatment on check-out!
All prices are per night (check-in from 9am on day of arrival, check out before midday on day of departure). Check out can be extended to 7pm by adding on Daycare, if available.
The suite price is inclusive of food and playtime. We supply Royal Canin & Acana dry food, LBP wet food and our own freshly prepared steamed Chicken & Rice and Beef & Rice (extra charge) for any fussy eaters!
Solo/ unsocialable dogs are not accepted for boarding during Peak Boarding Periods.

Unneutered dogs (male & female) over the age of 7 months are not accepted during Peak Boarding Periods. Unneutered Females are not accepted during Off Peak Boarding Periods if they are in season or due to come into season.
