• Doggy Daycare Package prices are per dog

• Validity is from the date of purchase/ OR Beginning of the month? ie monthly membership....

• Transport costs not included

• Package credits cannot be transferred to any other pet or service

• Packages are non-refundable

• Welcome to the Pack is for First Time Guests only.

• Packages must be paid upfront. Daycare attendance will be charged at the regular rate until a package is purchased.

• The cost of any Daycare bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will be charged in full. This includes any pick-up/drop-off charges.​
